  • Watching Life on Our Planet made me realize that the most basic principles of biology - adaptability, competition, and constant change- don’t just govern the natural world; they also apply to our daily, modern lives. Grasping such fundamental principles - first-order truths about how life works - offers a kind of compass. They cut through complexity and remind us that progress often comes from mastering the simplest, most universal rules (August, 2025).
